Arlene Marquez, M.S., LMFT.


Arlene Marquez has been providing therapy to children, adolescents and their families for almost 10 years. She is experienced treating wide range of mental health disorders transcending across patients with various functioning levels and socioeconomic status.

Arlene received her Bachelor’s of Arts in 2009 from California State University, Fresno in Psychology with a minor in Criminology followed by a Master’s of Science in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.

Arlene’s training includes CBT+, an intensive training incorporating CBT with major Diagnoses and behaviors, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive behavioral Therapy or TF-CBT.

Upon relocating back to her home state of California, Arlene served underprivileged youth by providing services at Community Solutions, a non-profit organization where Arlene was focused on therapeutic services at San Jose Unified School District

Arlene’s experience growing up amongst underprivileged youth has given her a unique perspective on labels given to children and her goal is to move towards a collaborative approach in helping children break free of these labels and thrive in their lives under any circumstances.
